2019: An End of the Year Review

Today my husband sent me a text message to tell me about a note he found in his planner from one year ago today that made me giggle and do some reflecting. He had made a note about gear storage for Wander Women, and suggested a car topper. I giggled because there is NO way a car topper would be able to hold all the gear we take on a trip. Thank goodness for Towanda (our gear trailer) and figuring out things as we go along. It’s been a year full of growth, fun, a few hiccups, new ideas, connections, and lots of adventures!

One year ago, Wander Women was still in it’s infancy. We hadn’t gone on any trips. Our gear hadn’t been purchased. There was so much yet to unfold! The way it unfolded was more than we could’ve asked for.

As I reflect on the last year I’m overcome with immense gratitude for all that has happened, and the perfect words to describe it escape me.

Some fun facts from 2019:

  • We went on nine all-inclusive camping trips

  • We held four day adventures

We adventured together.
